Cancellation Policy
Deposit:
A $20 non-refundable deposit is required when booking. You can move it ONCE if you reschedule at least 48 hours before your appointment.
In-Person Booking:
If you book in person, you have 48 hours to pay your deposit or your appointment will be cancelled.
Late Policy:
You have a 15-minute grace period. After that, your deposit is lost and you’ll need to reschedule.
Cancellation:
Cancel or reschedule no less than 48 hours before your appointment to keep your deposit. Cancelling within 48 hours will forfeit it and require a new deposit.
No Refunds:
No refunds. If you experience irritation or an allergic reaction, let me know right away.
No Guests:
Please come alone—no extra guests allowed.
